Cetusan 9.0 is a Malay-language educational magazine published in Singapore, born out of a collaborative effort between the Bukit Batok East Malay Activity Executive Committee (MAEC) and nine local primary schools. The magazine serves as a platform to showcase the creative works of primary school students, featuring essays, stories, and other literary pieces written entirely by young learners.
At its heart, Cetusan 9.0 aims to enrich the availability of Malay reading materials for youths and to nurture a deeper love and appreciation for the Malay language. It is closely tied to the annual Bulan Bahasa (Malay Language Month) celebrations, making it a meaningful contribution to the broader effort of promoting Malay language and literature among the younger generation in Singapore.
