More than 300 students set a new Singapore Book of Records for the largest Zapin dance at the 4th Malay Finesse Fiesta, celebrating Malay culture and finesse.

More than 300 students set a new Singapore Book of Records for the largest Zapin dance at the 4th Malay Finesse Fiesta, celebrating Malay culture through the graceful and refined movements of traditional dance.

Organised biennially by MLLPC, the fiesta, themed Adab Disemai, Budi Dituai, featured an escape room and interactive learning booths designed to help young participants explore and appreciate Malay etiquette in their daily lives.

The event also recognised winners of the Senada Seirama, Simfoni Kata and Alun Mutiara competitions, which attracted over 340 students from 26 schools and junior colleges.
