Cepat Tepat 2024: Malay Language Quiz Competition

Over 30 students from eight primary schools will showcase their knowledge of Malay language and culture in this year's Cepat Tepat competition. Organised by the Malay Language Learning and Promotion Committee (MLLPC) in collaboration with Mediacorp, this engaging quiz show features crossword puzzles and interactive activities designed to foster students' passion for Malay language and culture beyond the classroom.

Broadcasting Schedule: Held during Bulan Bahasa (Malay Language Month), Cepat Tepat airs on Suria and meWATCH every Friday at 9:00pm from 16 August 2024. The competition begins with quarterfinals on 16 and 23 August, leading to an exciting finale on 13 September 2024 at 8:30pm.

Dr Maliki Osman, Second Minister for Education and MLLPC Chairperson, will present prizes to all finalists as Guest-of-Honour during the final episode.

Additional Opportunities: Students can also participate in special Cepat Tepat radio programmes on Ria 89.7 and Warna 94.2 from 9-13 September 2024, exploring Malay culture whilst having the chance to win book vouchers.
