Mother Tongue Language Symposium 2018
The symposium featured distinguished educators, curriculum specialists, and media personalities sharing insights on literacy development and Mother Tongue Language appreciation. Programme included sharing sessions for parents and educators, plus interactive workshops enabling active parent-child engagement in language learning.

Programme Objectives
This programme recognises and showcases educational efforts whilst increasing public awareness of Mother Tongue Language learning and providing a collaborative platform for educators and parents to engage and interact.
About Perkasa Warisan Camp 2018
The centrepiece of MLLPC's booth features Perkasa Warisan Camp 2018, a collaborative initiative bringing together MLLPC, People's Association (PA), Malay Activity Executive Committees (MESRA), the Arif Budiman Malay Language Teacher Workgroup, and NParks. This comprehensive programme explicitly integrates language and cultural components within the Malay Language curriculum framework. Through hands-on activities and workshops focused on Malay gastronomy, pupils gain deeper insights into Malay language whilst strengthening their connection to cultural heritage through experiential learning.
